Mac Grove Painting was brought in to handle a comprehensive commercial interior and exterior painting project for a furniture showroom along the County Road 42 retail corridor in Burnsville, MN — one of the Twin Cities’ most active commercial destinations. The scope of work began from the ground up, with the Mac Grove team hanging and taping all drywall for the new separation walls throughout the space, including the custom framing built around Borofka’s furniture displays. Every surface was properly prepared before a single drop of paint was applied, ensuring a finish built to last in a high-traffic retail environment.

On the interior, the team primed all walls before applying multiple carefully selected colors, each chosen to complement the distinct atmosphere of the various furniture vignettes and room setups throughout the showroom. All white trim was prefinished off-site before installation, a detail-oriented approach that guarantees crisp, clean lines and a polished result that elevates the overall presentation of the space. Coordinating multiple paint colors across a large commercial interior required precise planning and execution, and the Mac Grove crew delivered a seamless, professional finish from room to room.

On the exterior, Mac Grove Painting completed a bold decorative treatment that ties the building’s visual identity together — painting a continuous black accent strip around the perimeter of the building and refinishing the large metal sign in a striking matte black. These exterior painting details give the Burnsville showroom a sharp, modern curb appeal that stands out along the busy County Road 42 commercial corridor.
