Mac Grove Painting completed a full commercial drywall and painting scope for the Fresenius Kidney Care clinic in Lakeville, Minnesota, working directly alongside the general contractor and architect on this medical facility build-out. With the location entirely vacant and operating as an active job site, the Mac Grove team moved efficiently through every space — painting walls and door frames throughout the clinical areas, and professionally hanging vinyl wallpaper in the lobby to create a polished, welcoming first impression for future patients. The finished lobby showcases rich, patterned wallcovering that sets a refined tone from the moment visitors walk through the door, while carefully painted door frames and accent walls carry a cohesive color palette through the treatment and exam areas.

The back-of-house areas presented a different challenge: an industrial-grade environment that still needed to meet the clean, professional standards expected of a medical facility. Mac Grove Painting rose to that challenge, delivering crisp, durable wall finishes in the utility and equipment spaces that strike the right balance between rugged functionality and clinical cleanliness. Throughout the project, drywall work was completed and properly finished prior to painting, ensuring smooth, uniform surfaces across all rooms before a single coat of paint was applied — the kind of detail-oriented surface preparation that separates a lasting commercial paint job from a quick one.
