The scope of work included painting all trim throughout the property, encompassing the windows, doors, soffit, and fascia. Given the home’s age and the complexity of its original millwork, thorough surface preparation was essential: the team carefully scraped deteriorating paint, applied peel bond to stabilize peeling and problem areas, and primed all surfaces before applying the finish coats. Working on a home of this scale presented real logistical challenges, particularly reaching the tall upper sections of the structure safely and efficiently — a testament to the crew’s experience with large, demanding residential exterior painting projects.
