The crew treated the surface to remove old, caulked paint buildup before applying DTM (Direct-to-Metal) paint — a durable, commercial-grade coating engineered to bond to metal surfaces and stand up to Minnesota’s demanding climate. Each letter of the building’s signage was individually masked off to ensure clean, crisp edges throughout the paint application, protecting the signage while delivering a seamless finish across the facade.
